岗位职责
Responsible for providing assistance to the General Manager in handling the company business, including translation & interpretation, daily secretarial work, & daily communication.
负责协助总经理处理公司事务,包括翻译,日常文书及沟通工作。
o Responsible for making arrangements & preparation for all schedules of GM, including appointment-making, accommodation-booking, & follow-ups.
负责安排和准备总经理的所有行程,包括安排会面,酒店预约,行程预约,以及跟进。
o Responsible for facilitating GM's management & supervision of the company by holding meetings, collecting data from related sources and generating reports.
负责协助总经理对公司的管理和监控,主要形式有会议安排,信息搜集,及报告撰写。
o Responsible for coordinating in inter-departmental tasks, whether by providing assistance or acting as a team leader.
负责协调处理公司各部门间的工作。
o Responsible for the company administration affairs, including inter-company communication, invitations & visits & dinners, & visitor accommodation arrangement.
负责公司行政方面的事务,包括公司间的沟通,邀请,参观,聚餐,以及客人的行程预约及安排。
o Responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients, friendly companies & different government authorities.
负责维护与客户,友好企业,及各级政府部门的友好合作关系。
o As a connection between MM and Philips visitors, providing assistance & making arrangement for reservation, transportation & accommodation.
作为公司与总公司的客人的沟通桥梁,协助酒店预约,派车安排等

任职要求
Bachelor of English 英语专业本科以上学历;
Language skills语言能力: Excellent command of spoken and written in English , Mandarin , 英语国语听说读写流利, 能与外国人沟通交流;
Computer计算机:Intermediate Working knowledge of computer, such as Photoshop, Power Point ,熟练操作各类电脑办公软件;
Project Management & Analyze experience;有项目管理经验;
3-5 years related working experience in manufacturing industry ;在制造业行业有3-5 年或以上相关总经理助理或人事行政方面的工作经验;
Good communication & coordination skills 良好的沟通协调能力;
